SHD250/90 Hydraulic butt fusion welding machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings. High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminum castings allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance. Can be integrated with optional data logger

Technical specifications:

* Main frame includes four light weight alloy main clamps of 250mm diameter

* Welding range 90mm to 250mm OD

* Layer clamps: 250x225, 225x200,200x180,180x160,160x140,140x125,125x110,110x90 (mm)

* Optional 2 piece liners: 250x225,250x200,250x1 80,250x1 60,1 60x1 40,1 60x1 25,1 60x1 10,1 60x90 (mm)

* German hydraulic seals

* Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system

* Removable cast Aluminum electrically operated facing tool with current overload protection * Electro-hydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hose

* Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases

* Working voltage: single phase

~220V ±10%, 50Hz (total power: 3.95kw, including trimmer: 1.1kw, heater: 2.1kw, hydraulic unit motor: 0.75kw)

~240V ±10%, 50Hz (total power: 4.35kw, including trimmer: 1.1kw, heater: 2.5kw, hydraulic unit motor: 0.75kw)

Optional 60Hz also available

* Environment temperature: －10°～45°

* Whole machine consists of basic frame, heater, trimmer, hydraulic unit and support (for heater & trimmer)

* Optional stub end device for welding end fittings

* Optional wheeled trolley available
